About Perfect Institute for Civil Engineers
PIFCE established with association of Professor P.N. Phatak former Head Dep’t. Civil Engineering KDM College, Gorakhpur (UP) and Mr. D.N. Chandola (B-Tech Civil form IIT Roorkee), former Director of Border Road Organization (BRO) by Mr. Balbir Singh. MR. BALBIR SINGH (M.Sc.-GEOLOGY, MIGS) owner Perfect Foundation Services Consultancy established in 1999. PFS completed many prestigious projects in India and abroad, now he want to share his and their friend’s knowledge and experience with new generation engineers.
