the directions given by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court on 30.08.2012 in

CWP No. 10309 of 2012 titled as Jitender Kumar & another v/s Haryana Public Service

Commission alongwith other connected Writ Petitions, the HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other
