For becoming an Ophthalomologist you have to study at least 4 to 5 years for getting MBBS degree and then 2 years for getting an MD degree. Total of 6  year of study will cost you approximately 50 to 55 thousnad rupees per year in a Government institute and 1 lakh to 2 lakh rupees in a Private Medical College.
