Maximum number of attemps for a candidates depends upon his category like if you are a general candidates you will get maximum of 6 attemps like wise for SC/ST these are "unlimited" and for PH and OBC it is 9. You have taken 2 attempts thus you can appear in Civil Services Exam for atleast 4 times if you belong to a genral category.
