Physical standards to become Assistant Commandant?

Physical standard to become an Assistant Commandant in any of the paramilitary services in India vary for Men to that of women ie.

Physical Standards for male candidates are

• Height: 165 cms,
• Chest: 81 cms unexpanded (with 5 cms minimum expansion),
• Weight: Proportionate to height.
• Eye sight: Refer to the official notification for specific details.

Physical Standards for female candidate are

• Height: 157 cms, Weight: Proportionate to height but notless than 46 kgs.
• Eye sight: Refer to the official notification for specific details.
