Answer: All adult dogs should be generally dewormed every 3 months and at least twice a year. If dogs who are showing any signs of infection, they should be dewormed immediately and all breeding females should be wormed prior to mating. Pups should be de-wormed at two, four, six, eight and twelve weeks of age, then monthly until six months of age, then every three months as for adult dogs. But it is important that your veterinarian should be consulted regarding deworming puppies and should always be involved in setting up a deworming program.
