Glenn Donald McGrath or Glenn McGrath is nicknamed as Pigeon (Pidge). He was nicknamed as such because of his extremely thin legs.
It was coined by his teammate Brad McNamara while playing for New South Wales. McNamara used to say – “There is a pigeon in the dressing room that can't land”. But nobody understood it until McNamara pointed towards McGrath’s legs and said that he had stolen the legs of the pigeon.
He is also nicknamed as Millard, Kuly and Ooh Ah.
