The Jiaozhou Bay Bridge in China is the World’s Longest Sea Bridge. It is also ‘The World's Longest Over-Water Bridge’ stretching over 26.4 miles (36 kms.). Its span is 260 m (850 ft). The bridge connects the port city of Qingdao to the suburban Huangdao on the other side of the bay. The Jiaozhou Bay bridge also happens to be the 6th Longest Bridge Ever built, and breaks the record for world's longest over-water bridge by more than 2.5 miles, beating the United States' Lake Pontchartrain Causeway in Louisiana.
