Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School - Chabhal

Ever since its inception in 1995, Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School (CKDCS) Chabhal aims at facilitating the youngsters for achieving their optimum in development and enhances their mental horizons to be fully equipped to withstand the global challenges.

It is catering to 1800 students from Play Pen to XII std. Sprawling over 4 acres with pollution free and study friendly environment comprises with magnificent building, basketball ground and AC classrooms for Pre-Primary wing, state- of- the-art infrastructure like Computer labs, Smart classes, Multimedia Room, Activity Room, Music Room, Art Room, well equipped science labs for Physics, Chemistry, Bio, Maths and a well stocked library. The school has gone from strength to strength under the stewardship of the worthy Members-In charges S. Ramneek Singh freedom, S. Mohinder Singh Anand, S. Dalip Singh and versatile Principal Urminder Kaur. It is marching towards the heights of success by imparting quality education with innovative and interactive techniques of teaching. The school has delineated 100% results in X and XII examinations held by CBSE every year. This year also three students achieved CGPA 9.8 in class X. Prabhjot Kaur of XII std. secured 91.04 % marks and five students stood in merit. Prabhjot Kaur has also cleared JEE main and Rajwinder Kaur cleared JET. Our students also participate in various sports and bag prizes at district, state and national level. Under-17 team has got second position in Volleyball at district level in Tarn Taran. Under-14 Kho-Kho team has got third position; under-14 and under-17 teams have got first position in skating at district level. Parambir Singh has got Silver and Bronze medal in Fencing for Mini National games held at Nasik in Aug, 2014.

Competitions organized for students in various cultural and co-scholastic activities provide the students chances for peer learning motivating them to set new goals for achieving excellence with renewed vigour and enthusiasm. CCTV survillence have been installed in classes and campus to view and control each activity of the school.
