MPT Cardiorespiratory or Master of Physiotherapy in Cardiorespiratory is a two-year postgraduate Physiotherapy course. Cardiorespiratory is a science that pertains to or affects both the heart and the lungs and their functions. The Cardiorespiratory course serves patients affected with respiratory problems that need Bronchial hygiene, Airway clearance, and Secretion removal and patients posted for cardio-thoracic surgery and other surgeries to minimize Chest complications using Manual and Independent Chest PT techniques.

The Cardiorespiratory course also contains a detailed study of various kinds of actions that can be performed on the heart to make it more efficient and healthy in its working. They work with all ages from premature babies to older adults at the end of their life.
