Dr. D. Y. Patil University, Pune Invites Applications for Admission into B.P.T Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) program for the commencing session 2012-13.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must be Indian National. The Nationality Certificate issued by the District Magistrate I Additional District Magistrate I Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or a valid Passport shall constitute proof of Nationality.
  
  
• The candidate must be either 17 years of age or attain this age as on 31^st Dec, 2011 (i.e. the candidate should not have been born after 31^st Dec, 1994)
  
  
• Candidate should have passed H.S.C. (10 + 2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The Backward class candidates must attach copy of the caste certificate and caste verification certificates along with the application.
  
  
• Candidates who have appeared for H.S.C. or equivalent Examination and whose Results will be declared before the dates of Counseling will also be eligible to apply.

• The fee for the Entrance Test is Rs.1000.
  
  
• The fee is payable by demand draft drawn in favor of “Padmashree Dr.D. Y.Patil University”, on a Nationalized /Scheduled Bank payable at Navi Mumbai

Applicant can pay registration fees On line via Credit Card, Debit card, Internet Banking, Cash card, Mobile Payment options.

• The particulars of the draft must be filled in the body of the form. The candidates should write their full name, address and application number and transaction ID on the reverse side of the demand draft and on the envelope.

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be based on All India Physiotherapy Entrance Test (AIPTET 2012) entrance exam conducted by Dr. D.Y. Patil University.

• The last date for on line registration of on line application forms: 15^th May, 2012 (Tuesday)
• Registration of application with late fee of Rs.500/-: 17^th May, 2012 (Thursday)
• Date and time of entrance test examination: 24^th May, 2012 (Thursday)
