Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore Invites Applications for Admission into Medical/Dental Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Post Graduate Degree and Diploma courses in Medical subjects and Dental subjects in Government colleges and Government seats in Private Medical and Dental Colleges and Deemed Universities within the State of Karnataka for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must be a citizen of India.
  
  
• Candidates must have studied and passed the courses leading to the award of MBBS/BDS Degrees in colleges recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and Government of India established by law and located in Karnataka State
                         or
  Candidate must be of Karnataka origin who has studied MBBS/BDS degrees in colleges outside Karnataka recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and Government of India and affiliated to any University established by law in India. 

How to Apply

• In Person: Printout of application form filled online, along with attested copies of all required certificates, may be submitted, in person, at RGUHS, 4th ‘T’ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560041, and the hall ticket for the entrance test shall be down loaded from the university website.

  In Absentia: Any person authorized by the candidate duly signed by him, can submit the printout of application form filled in all respects along with attested copies of all required certificates. The hall ticket for the entrance test shall be down loaded from the university website.

  By Post: Print out of application filled online, along with attested copies of all required certificates may be sent by post to

  Candidates should super scribe on the cover as “Application for PGET 2013”. The hall ticket for the entrance test shall be down loaded from the university website. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates is done based on the Post Graduate Entrance Test (Medical & Dental) PGET - 2013 conducted by the university. 

Important Dates

• Last date for online registration: 19^th Jan, 2013 (Saturday)
• Last date for receipt of printed application with documents either by person or by post at university: 24^th jan, 2013 (Thursday)
• Date of entrance test: 24^th Feb, 2013 (Sunday)
