Tezpur University, Tezpur Invites Applications for Admission into M.A/M.Sc Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following various subjects programs for the academic year 2013-14

• Master of Arts (M.A)
• Master of Science (M.Sc)
• Integrated M.A in English
• Integrated M.Sc in Chemistry
• Integrated M.Sc in Mathematics
• Integrated M.Sc in Bioscience
• Integrated M.Sc in Bioinformatics
• Integrated M.Sc in Physics programs 

Eligibility Conditions

For Integrated M.A in English Program:

• Candidates with first division in the Higher Secondary (plus two) School final examinations are eligible to apply. 

How to Apply

• TU application form along with the prospectus can be obtained:
• From the designated branches of Punjab National Bank by paying Rs.510 (Rs.260 for SC/ST).
  
  
• By sending a request to the Controller of Examination, T.U. with a demand draft of Rs.560 (Rs.310 for SC/ST) in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University, payable at Tezpur, with a self addressed unstamped envelope of 36 cm x 25 cm.
  
  
• By downloading the application forms from the website: www.tezu.ernet.in. The downloaded application forms should be accompanied by a draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur for Rs.500 ( Rs.250 for SC/ST).

Selection Procedure

Integrated M.A in English Program

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the common entrance examination of the department of English and Foreign languages.

Integrated M.Sc Program

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the common entrance examination of the particular department. 

Important Dates

• Last date for issue of prospectus with application form: 26^th Mar, 2013 (Tuesday)
• Last date for submission of duly filled in application form: 8^th Apr, 2013 (Monday)
