Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University (SGBAU), Amravati Invites Applications for Admission into LL.B Programs 2014

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 3 years and 5 years Bachelor of Law (LL.B) programs for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

For 5 years LL.B Program

• Candidates should have passed the higher secondary school examination (12th class) with English or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, and have obtained 45 % marks in aggregate (relaxable upto 5 % in case of students of scheduled caste and scheduled tribes).

For 3 years LL.B Program

• Candidates should have passed the examination for the bachelor’s degree in any of the faculties of the university or any other statutory university or examination recognized as equivalent thereto or last higher examination specified under the rules approved by Bar Council of India with 45 % marks in aggregate (relaxable upto 5 % in the case of students of scheduled caste and scheduled tribes).

• The application form should be submitted by filling complete required details plus supporting documents plus prescribed fees for LL.B ET.
  
  
• The LL.B. E.T fees of Rs.200/- in cash shall be either paid at the university counter during office hours or same may be paid in DD drawn in favour of “Registrar, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati” and deposit it at university counter.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the LL.B Eligibility Test (LL.B ET) conducted by the institute.

Important Dates

• Last date of submission of the application form: 21^st Jul, 2014.
• Date of LL.B ET: 27^th Jul, 2014.
• Date of declaration of result: 30^th Jul, 2014.
