Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should have post graduate degree in the related field of research with not less than 55% marks.
  
  
• The minimum eligibility of candidates intending to pursue a doctoral program is a pass with a minimum of 55% in a postgraduate program and M.Phil The students who have cleared UGC-CSIR NET/JRF examination or SLET/GATE examinations and also the students who have worked as JRF for one year in the externally funded major research projects may be exempted from M.Phil requirement.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test and interview conducted by the university.
  
  
• Under certain conditions such as presence of high impact publications students with high  academic performance at the postgraduate level, may  be admitted directly to a Ph.D program.

• Last date to apply: 25^th Oct, 2015.
• Last date to receive the filled in application form with supporting documents: 28^th Oct, 2015.
• Date of written test and interview: 07^th Nov, 2015.
• Selection process Results: 27^th Nov, 2015.
