Jamia Hamdard University admissions notification 2016 released

The Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi has invited application for admission in various engineering program for the academic year 2016.

Educational Qualification:

For B.Tech:
Aspiring candidates must have completed their Senior Secondary (12th /intermediate) examination with mathematics and Physics compulsory with one subject out of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry, and Electronics from CBSE or any other Board with minimum 50% / Equivalent CGPA.

For M.Tech CSE:
Aspiring candidates must have completed Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent degree in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering /Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / ICT with minimum 60 percent or Master of Computer Application (MCA) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Computer Science, M.Sc.(Information Technology), M.Sc.(Software engineering), M.Sc.(Electronics) with minimum 60 percent or B. Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics engineering / Electrical engineering with 60 percent.

For M.Tech ISCF:
Aspiring candidates must have completed their B. Tech./ BE in Computer Science/ Computer Science & engineering/ Computer engineering /Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics engineering or equivalent degree with minimum 60 per cent marks or MCA or M. Sc in IT/ Computer Science/Information Science and Technology/Electronics/Software engineering or an equivalent degree with minimum 60 per cent.

For Ph.D Computer Science:

Aspiring candidates must have completed their Masters in Computer Application (MCA)/ M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT with minimum 60 percent from any university/ institution recognised by the association of Indian universities.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit as determined by the performance of the candidate in a written test/ interview / qualifying examination marks.

For Ph.D programme, candidates have to write UGC/NET/JRF examinations with valid fellowship.

All the candidates have to submit their applications through Dean of the Faculty to the Chairman, Admission Committee/ PhD admission coordinator.
