Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur  has released notification for State Teachers Eligibility Test 2017. www.cgvyapam.choice.gov.in

Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification:

For Primary level (Class 1 to 5):

Aspiring candidates should have passed intermediate from a recognised board along with two years of diploma in elementary education/equivalent or must possess a degree with 50 per cent marks and two years of diploma in elementary education.

For Upper Primary Level (Class 6 to 8):

Aspiring candidates should be graduates with 50 per cent marks and must possess a diploma in elementary education or BEd or must have passed an intermediate exam with 50 per cent marks with four years B.El.Ed. /4 years BA. Ed. /B.Sc. Ed.
