NDA/NA 2018 exam to be on 12th Apr, 2018

Union Public Service Commission has released the official notification for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 141st Course, and for the 103rd Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC).

Examination scheme for the exam is as follows:

• Subject 1: Mathematics, Code: 01, Duration: 2½ Hours, Maximum marks: 300
• Subject 2: General Ability Test, Code: 02, Duration: 2½ Hours, Maximum marks: 600
• Total marks: 900
• For SSB Test/Interview, total number of marks: 900

Paper Pattern

• The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective type questions only
• The question papers (test booklets) of mathematics and part 'b' of general ability test will be set bilingually in Hindi as well as English
• In the question papers, wherever necessary, questions involving the metric system of Weights and Measures only will be set
• The candidates are not permitted to use a calculator or mathematical or logarithmic table for answering objective type papers. They should not, therefore, bring the same inside the examination hall
• The Commission has the discretion to fix qualifying marks in any or all the subjects at the examination

Important dates:

• The exam will be conducted by UPSC on April 22
• The last date to submit the applications is February 5
