Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) Mumbai MSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2018 Notification

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admissions into M.Sc Nursing for 2018 session through entrance exam which will be held on 28^th May, 2018. 

Number of Seats: 10 Seats 

Eligibility Conditions

• Only Indian National can apply. 

• B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic Nursing / B.Sc Nursing IGNOU / Any Recognized University with minimum 50 % aggregate marks and registered with State Nursing Council. 

• One year clinical experience is mandatory in a Hospital / Nursing Institution / Community Health setting. 

Important Dates

• Last Date for Receipt of Completed Application Form in the office: 2^nd May 2018
• Date of Written Exam: 28^th May, 2018
• Date of Group Discussion & Viva: 29^th May, 2018
• Date of Result of Tests will be displayed on website: 30^th May, 2018 

Place of Exam: Exact venue will be stated on the provisional admit card and at our website 

Selection Procedure

• The applicants will be selected for admission strictly based on the marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test, Group discussion and Viva. 

• In case of equal cut-off marks in the CET, (MCQ & GD) all the applicants with the same marks shall be shortlisted for the Viva. 

• In case of equal marks in the final total the applicant with maximum experience in Oncology will be preferred and in the event of tie again, then maximum CET (MCQ & GD) marks will be considered. 

• Final merit list will be declared & posted on the TMH website https://tmc.gov.in

• College Tuition Fees: Rs.70,000/- p.a.
• Registration Fees: Rs.5500/-
• Admission Fees: Rs.2000/-
• Appraisal Fees: Rs.1000/- p.a.
• Security Deposit: Rs.5000/-
• Exam Fees: Rs.1000/-
• Total Fees: Rs.84,500/- 

Application Form

• Application forms are available online and free of cost. Application form can be downloaded from the website www.tmc.gov.in 

• All interested applicants having the eligibility criteria would be required to apply online only on website www.tmc.gov.in 

• All the entries in the form must be clearly, legible and correct; thereafter the filled application should be saved, printed and downloaded from the website. 

• Applicants are advised to print the application form on one side of the paper only. 

• The Application must be accompanied with self-attested copies of all the mark sheets/certificates/ Degrees/registration certificates and other documents from 10^th to B.Sc Nursing. Applicants in service must apply through proper channel. 

• The admission and continuance of Registration of the applicant shall be subject to the HBNI Act, Statutes, Ordinance, Rules and Regulations and orders as may be applicable from time to time. 

• The decisions of the Director, TMC, Tata Memorial Centre, and Board of Studies Health Sciences, HBNI in all the matters of admission/registration shall be final and binding on the Applicant. 

• No TA / DA will be admissible for attending the written test and joining the course. 

• The applicant will have to submit all original documents at the time of admission.
