Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya’s Admissions notification 2018-19 released

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya’s have released the dates of selection test to be conducted for filling the vacant seats in Class 6.

Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification
Aspiring candidate must be studying in Class 5 for the whole of the academic session 2018-19 in a government aided or other recognized school.

Age Limits
Aspiring candidate must not have been born before March 1, 2006, and after April 30, 2014. These age limits are applicable for all categories, including SC/STs.

Other Eligibility Condition

Only candidates from the district concerned where the JNV exists are eligible to apply for admission.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2019 Exam Pattern
JNVST 2019 will be a 2 Hrs duration test consisting of MCQs as given below

• There are 80 questions in all for 100 marks
• Mental ability Test: Number of questions:40; Marks: 50; Duration: 60 Minutes
• Arithmetic Test: Number of questions:20; Marks: 25; Duration: 30 Minutes
• Language Test: Number of questions:20; Marks: 25; Duration: 30 Minutes
