NTA UGC NET 2019 official notification released

National Testing Agency has released the schedule of UGC NET 2019 on its official website. According to the notification the exam will be held in June 2019 and interesting candidates can visit the official website of NTA i.e nta.ac.in from March 1 to apply for the same. NTA is conducting body of UGC NET Exam since December 2018.

NTA will be conducting this exam for the second time. UGC NET June 2019 will be conducted in 84 subjects across 91 selected cities around the country for Assistant Professor Post or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) only.

The test will be held in two papers. Both the paper will be conducted in a single three-hour duration. Candidates can appear in the subject of their post-graduation only.

NTA UGC NET December 2018
NTA organised its first UGC NET Exam from 18^th to 22^nd December 2019 at various test centres across India. In that exam out of 9,56,837 registered candidates, a total of 6,81,930 candidates appeared on both papers of the exams. In 2018 exam, 44,001 candidates qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor while 3,883 qualified for JRF and eligible for Assistant Professor.
