UGC NET 2019 admit card to be released on May 27

The National Testing Agency will release the admit cards of the National Eligibility Test 2019 on May 27 on the official website. All those candidates who have applied for the same can visit the official website ntanet.nic.in  to download the same.

The NTA UGC NET 2019 will be conducted on June 20, 21, 2019 and June 24 to 28, 2019.

UGC-NET is conducted to determine the eligibility 'for Assistant Professor' and 'for Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor' in Indian universities and colleges.

How to download NTA UGC NET 2019 admit card?

  • Log on to the official website i.e ntanet.nic.in
  • Click the link 'admit card 2019'
  • Enter the required details and submit
  • Admit cards will be displayed on the screen
  • Download the same and take the print out of the same for future use

Note: No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre, on the date and timings other than that allotted to them in their admit card.

NTA NET 2019: Exam details
The UGC NET exam will be conducted for three hours' duration.

  • Paper 1: It will consist of 50 questions for 100 marks (The questions will be generic in nature, intending to assess the teaching/ research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate)
  • Paper 2: It will consists of 100 questions for a total of 200 marks (This will be based on the subject selected by the candidate)
