Eligibility conditions

Essential:-

Applicant must be a resident Indian national

Educational Qualification

(a) Minimum of MBBS degree recognized by the medical council of India

(b) Must have completed the required period of 12 months pre-registration internship from a recognized hospital on or before 31st March 2010

Important: - Candidates who have already done/are pursuing MD/MS in any subject at the time of counseling are not eligible for MD/MS courses.

Last date of submission of application form:- On-line submission through JIPMER website www.jipmer.edu.in from 18-11-2009 to 23-12-2009. Completed on-line application with proof of payment must reach professor academic, JIPMER on or before 31-12-2009

Entrance examination dates: - 14th February 2010, Sunday, 10 am to 1 pm

Centers for the entrance examination: - Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, New Delhi or Pondicherry.

First counseling: 18th and 19th March 2010
