UPSC ESE Prelims 2021 to be held in July

The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC has released the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 timetable. All the candidates can check the UPSC ESE Prelims 2021 examination schedule on the official website.
The UPSC Engineering Services Examination Preliminary 2021 will be held in July 2021, at various test centers across the country.

Candidates can check the UPSC ESE Prelims 2021 examination schedule by visiting the official website i.e., “upsc.gov.in”.

Examination Plan:

• Stage-I: Engineering Services (Preliminary/Stage I) Examination- Objective Type Papers
• Stage-II: Engineering Services (Main/Stage-II) Examination- Conventional Type Papers
• Stage-III: Personality Test

Examination Pattern:
The Engineering Services (Preliminary):

• The examination will consist of two objective types (multiple choices) question papers
• Carrying a maximum of 500 marks (Paper 1 200 Marks & Paper II — 300 Marks)
• There will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective-type question papers.
