UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 official notification released

The Union Public Service Commission has released the official notification for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2021. The online registration process of the UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 will also begin today and the last date to apply for the same is July 27. The UPSC CMS Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on November 21.

Eligibility Conditions:

For admission to the examination, a candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination.

How to apply for UPSC CMS Exam?

Candidates are required to apply online by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in. Candidates will be required to complete the Online Application Form containing two stages viz. Part-I and Part-II.

Important Instructions

Before starting filling up an Online Application, a candidate must have his/her photograph and signature duly scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 300 KB and must not be less than 20 KB each in size for the photograph and signature.

Application fee?

The candidates are required to pay a nominal fee of Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) [excepting SC/ST/Female/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee] either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using any Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card.

Examination Scheme:

Part-I Computer Based Examination - (500 marks): The candidates will take the Computer-based examination in two Papers, each Paper carrying a maximum of 250 marks. Each paper will be of two hours duration.

Part-II Personality Test: (100 Marks): Personality test carrying 100 marks off of the candidates who qualify on the results of the computer-based examination.
