IAF STAR Exam 2021 revised dates released

IAF STAR Exam 2021: The Indian Air Force has released notification regarding the IAF STAR Exam 2021 for intake 01/2022 to join as Airmen in-group 'X' Trades (except education instructor trade) and Group 'Y' trades (except Indian air force -- security and musician trades).
As per the latest notification, the IAF STAR Exam 2021 will now be conducted from July 12 to July 18. STAR 01/21 Online Examination which was originally planned from 18-24 Apr 21 was postponed due to COVID second wave.
The IAF CASB Star 01/21 Admit Card 2021 will be released soon. All the candidates are advised to keep a close check on the website of the Indian Air Force -- indianairforce.nic.in for the latest updates on admit cards.
Exam Pattern
- The online test will be objective type and questions will be bilingual (English and Hindi) except for the English paper.
- Online tests for candidates opting for both groups 'X' & 'Y' should be conducted in one sitting, on the same system.
- Candidates are to bring one blue/ black pen and original valid ID proof along with them for Phase-I One testing.
- For Group 'X' Trades (Except Education Instructor). The total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise English, Physics, and Mathematics as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus.
- For Group 'Y' Trades [Except IAF(S) and Musician]. The total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
- For Both Group 'X' & 'Y' Trades. The total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise of English, Physics, and Mathematics as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
