NEET UG 2021: NTA Releases Notification regarding Eligibility, Age Requirement for B.Sc Nursing Course

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently issued a notice regarding the NEET UG 2021 examination, which mentions several details such as the eligibility criteria and the age requirement to seek admission to the B.Sc Nursing courses.

NEET UG 2021: Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification

• A candidate should have passed the subjects of PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English individually
  Must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12
• Candidate belonging to SC/ST or Other Backward Classes (OBC), the marks obtained in PCB taken together in the qualifying examination are 40%.

Note

The students from state open schools and National Institute of Open School (NIOS), having Science and English subjects are also eligible to seek admission to B.Sc Nursing courses

Age Limit

• The minimum age for admission is 17 years as of 31 December of the year in which admission is sought.
