UGC NET 2021 Registration Window Reopens

The University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2021 online registration process has been reopened by the National Testing Agency (NTA). All the candidates can apply for UGC NET 2021 till 5th September 2021.

In order to regularize the UGC-NET examination cycles, the National Testing Agency (NTA), with the concurrence of UGC, has merged both UGC-NET of December 2020 and June 2021 cycles so that they be conducted together in CBT mode.

UGC NET 2021: How to apply?

• The candidates can apply for UGC-NET for the December 2020 session on the website, i.e., “ugcnet.nta.nic.in” and “www.nta.ac.in”.
• Register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down the system-generated Application Number.
• Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number.
• Upload legible scanned images of a photograph, candidate's signature
• Pay the requisite “Application Fee”

UGC NET 2021: Exam Pattern

• The test will consist of two papers.
• Both the papers will consist of objective-type, multiple-choice questions.
• There will be no break between papers.
• The medium of the Question Paper shall be in English & Hindi only.
• Each question carries 02 (two) marks.
• There is no negative marking for incorrect responses.
