NALSAR University of Law invites applications for M.Phil and Ph.D courses 2016

NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad has invited applications for admission to  Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes for the commencing academic session 2016.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

For M.Phil programme:  Aspiring candidate need to possess a LLM degree from  a  recognised university/institutewith an aggregate of 55  per cent or its equivalent.

Note: Those candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

For PhD programme:  Aspiring  candidate need to possess a  Master's degree in Law from a recognized university/institute with not less than 55 per cent.

Selection procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test and interview conducted by the university.

Those applicants who have qualified for UGC NET/ JRF/ SLET/ MPhil are exempted from taking the admission test.

Application fee:

All the candidates need to pay Rs 2,000 for each application form whereas SC/ST applicants need to pay only Rs 1000.
