CAT 2016 admit cards released at iimcat.ac.in

Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 admit cards have released. All those candidates who have applied for the same can visit the official website i.e https://iimcat.ac.in/ and download their admit cards.

This year 2, 32,434 candidates applied as compared to last year's 2,18,664, as per the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

The examination will be held on December 4.

Aspirants can follow the following steps to download their admit cards.

• Log on to the official website, https://iimcat.ac.in/
• Click on relevant link
• Enter user id and password
• Click to log in
• Admit cards will be displayed

As per the official notification, the IIMs will conduct CAT in two sessions for admission to various management programmes.  The exam will be held at 138 centres across the nation.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of:

• Written Ability Test (WAT)
• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interviews (PI)

All the selected candidates will get admitted in 20 different IIM institutes.
