JEE Advanced 2017 dates released

The registration for JEE Advanced 2017 will begin from April 28, 2017 and will end on May 2, 2017. The exam will be conducted by IIT Madras on May 21, 2017 for granting admission to the Bachelor's, Integrated Master's and Dual Degree programmes in all the IITs.

JEE advanced qualified candidates will be eligible to get admission in the following programmes in engineering, science, architecture and pharmaceutics in the IITs:

• 4-year Bachelors: BTech, BS, BPharm
• 5-year Bachelors: BArch
• 5-year Dual Degree: BTech, MTech, BS, MS
• 5-year Integrated Masters: MTech, MSc, MPharm dual degree

Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification:

Aspiring candidates are required to fulfill the below mentioned requirements:

• Should be among 2,20,000 in JEE (Main) 2017
• Should be born on or after October 1, 1992
• Should not have appeared in JEE Advanced in 2015 or earlier
• Should have appeared in class 12 examination for the first time in 2016 or 2017
• Should not have accepted admission at any of the IITs earlier

JEE Advanced Paper pattern

• There will be two compulsory papers
• The duration of both the papers will be three hours
• There will be objective type questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics
• The question paper will be either in English or in Hindi

JEE Advance Important Dates

• Paper 1--- 21^st May, 2017---- 9 am to 12 pm
• Paper 2 ---21^st May, 2017---- 2 pm to 5 pm
