NLU Delhi invited applications for admissions to its Law courses for session starting 2017

NLU Delhi has invited applications from admission to it’s:

  • B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) five-year programme
  • LL.M. (one year) and
  • Ph.D. course. The candidates may apply on or before April 7

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For BA LLB (Hons):
Aspiring candidates must have passed the senior secondary school examination (Class 12 system) or equivalent examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the Class 12 examination in March/April, 2016, are also eligible to apply.

For LLM (One year):
Aspiring candidates must be holding an LLB or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50 per cent in case of SC/ST/ persons with disability). The candidates appearing in the final LLB examination in April/May are also eligible to apply.

For PhD:
Aspiring candidates interested in applying for this programme must have done an LLM with 55% marks or its equivalent (50 per cent in case of SC/ST/ persons with disability).

Selection Procedure:

Interested candidates will have to appear for AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) for selection, which will be conducted at Ahmadabad (Gandhinagar), Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur and Varanasi.
