UGC NET 2017 official notification to be out today

The official notification for UGC NET 2017 will be released today, on August 4, by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

 All the aspiring candidates for the exam are required to visit the official website i.e  www.cbsenet.nic.in to go through the details of the exam.

The exam will be conducted on November 5.

UGC NET is conducted for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Assistant Professor post only or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), both in Indian universities and colleges.

CBSE will conduct NET 2017 in 85 subjects at 91 selected NET examination cities spread across the country. 

The registration process for the same will commence from August 11 and the deadline to submit the same is September 11.

This time, the CBSE has also decided to use Aadhaar authentication for the applicants at the time of submission of application form for UGC - NET (November) -- 2017.
