AIBE XI 2018 registration starts with minor changes in the exam pattern

The registration process for All India Bar Examination XI 2018 has been started since September 1. The last date to apply for the same is October 31. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 3 by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

AIBE XI with some New changes this time

Few minor changes were introduced by the BCI in the syllabus of examination last year. Four new subjects namely, Public Interest Litigation (four marks), Law Related to Taxation (four marks), Land Acquisition Act (two marks) and Intellectual Property Law (two marks), which were not presented earlier were added.

Also, 12 questions will be asked from these new subjects. The weightage from Family Law was increased to eight marks.

Aspiring candidates can visit the official website of AIBE and follow the instructions given there to apply for the same.

AIBE is conducted by the Bar Council of India every year for testing qualifying advocates' eligibility in practicing Law across India.
