BSc Yoga or Bachelor of Science in Yoga is an Under-Graduate Yoga program. Yoga means to link or yoke together, and it unites the body and mind in a harmonious experience. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual exercise that originated in ancient India with the goal of achieving a state of perfect spiritual awareness and calm while focusing on the Super Soul. Yoga is appropriate for most people, regardless of age or physical condition.   • Aspiring students should have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
