BA Yoga or Bachelor of Arts in Yoga is an Under-Graduate Yoga program. Yoga means "to link or yoke together," and it unites the body and mind in a harmonious experience. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual exercise that originated in ancient India with the goal of achieving a state of perfect spiritual awareness and calm while focusing on the Super Soul. Yoga is appropriate for most people, regardless of age or physical condition. Because of the gentle nature of our approach to exercise, even people with physical limitations can benefit from a Yoga regimen. The Bachelor of Arts study in Yoga lasts three years, and upon graduation, students have several professional opportunities in a variety of professions.

  • Aspiring students should have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
  • The candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent at their Intermediate level.
