B.Tech. Nanotechnology or Bachelor of Technology in Nanotechnology is an undergraduate Nanotechnology course. Nanotechnology is the study of manipulating matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Nanotechnology is very diverse, ranging from extensions of conventional device physics to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, from developing new materials with dimensions on the nanoscale to investigating whether we can directly control matter on the atomic scale. Nanotechnology entails the application of fields of science as diverse as surface science, organic chemistry, molecular biology, semiconductor physics, microfabrication, etc. B.Tech. (Nanotechnology) is a four years course and it may be more or less as per rules of institutes to institutes. The course is immensely valuable and getting more important as every technology is converting into nano-size.
Syllabus of Nanotechnology as prescribed by various Universities and Colleges.
