Candidates those who have passed their 10+2 with science or its equivalent exam can go for this 4 years degree course i.e. B.Tech. or 3 years B.Sc. (Nanotechnology).
For M.Tech., one needs to have a bachelor's degree in science or engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Life Sciences and with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) as subsidiary subjects.
