Graduation

M.E. Nanotechnology or Master of Engineering in Nanotechnology is a postgraduate Nanotechnology course. Nanotechnology is the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale. Nanotechnology encompasses the understanding of the fundamental physics, chemistry, biology and technology of nanometre-scale objects. The course offers consulting, technology monitoring, and in-depth analysis, as well as up-to-the-minute news briefs and breaking developments in the nano-sciences. This program focuses on the technologies involved in the miniaturization of electronic and optical devices. The main emphasis is on current microtechnologies including the design and fabrication of microelectronic circuits, Microsystems and optoelectronics.

M.E. Nanotechnology Eligibility

  • Aspiring students should have passed a B.E./B.Tech. with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Some reputed colleges and universities conduct an entrance examination for admission to Degree course.
