B.T.M. or Bachelor of Tourism Management is an undergraduate Travel and Tourism course. Tourism Management is the academic study of the hospitality industry. The course involves how tourism works, how tourism businesses operate, the behaviour of the tourist, and the impacts of visitors on a country. Students look in-depth at the industry, so they can enter it with a firm grasp of how it has grown, how it works, and how it is continuing to develop. The duration of this program is three years and it is an important and career orienting in nature that opens many scopes for the students in various fields including further study options.

Bachelor of Tourism Management Eligibility

  • The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the above Diploma/Degree shall be, pass in higher secondary certificate (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, or any other equivalent examination of Science, Arts, Commerce, Home Science or MCVC, with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate with English as compulsory subject.
