MA Convergent Journalism or Master of Arts in Convergent Journalism is a Post-Graduate Mass Communication course. Convergent Journalism is a form of journalism in which various forms of media (writing, video, photos, and more) are combined to create a larger journalistic project. The Master of Arts course in Convergent Journalism gives extensive hands-on training in writing, reporting, and editing the news for newspapers, websites, television, and radio.

The students run the news portal under the supervision of a teacher and learn the art of writing, reporting, and editing for print and electronic media in a real situation. They also get an attachment with Radio FM and some NGOs for training in program presentation and writing on developmental issues. The duration of the Master of Arts course in Convergent Journalism is two years and it opens many jobs after its completion.
