MA (Hons) History or Master of Arts Honors in History is a postgraduate History course. History is a broad and in-depth study of a specialty in the history of certain historical periods and cultures. The Honors course in History also includes a study of key historical events that occurred both in India and throughout the world. Research Skills and Methods, such as research, writing, and presentation skills, as well as paleography, are also taught to students, as are two extra customized research skills courses to satisfy their individual research training needs. The Honors course in History is significant since it opens several doors after completion.
