MA Quantitative Economics or Master of Arts in Quantitative Economics is a Post-Graduate Economics course. Quantitative Economics states that there are constant relations in the sphere of human actions that can be quantified or measured, therefore, permitting the application of statistics and mathematical theories to economics. 

The Master of Arts in Quantitative Economics is a field of study where mathematics, optimization, statistics, algorithms, and complexity theory are used as a tool for analyzing and designing economic systems. Quantitative economics is used in auctions to maximize bidders’ payoffs. MA Quantitative Economics Eligibility

  • Candidates should have completed a BA / B.Sc with Mathematics (Compulsory) and any one of the three as group subjects: Economics / Statistics / Computer Science with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in group subjects. OR
  • Candidates should have qualified BE / B.Tech with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
