M.Phil. Business Economics or Master of Philosophy in Business Economics is a postgraduate Economics course. Business economics is a part of economic theory that focuses on business enterprises and inquires into the factors contributing to the diversity of organizational structures and to the relationships of firms with labor, capital and product markets. Business economics is concerned with economic issues and problems related to business organization, management, and strategy. It also deals with the topic microeconomics which is the study of the decisions of individuals, households, and businesses in specific markets, whereas macroeconomics is the study of the overall functioning of an economy such as basic economic growth, unemployment, or inflation.
