MA (Translation) or Master of Arts in Translation is a two-year full-time Post-Graduate program. The Master of Arts in Translation program is available in five language concentrations: French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. The program offers advanced linguistic and technical instruction that leads to a master's degree in Translation Studies.
The master's degree in Translation is designed to foster research competence in a variety of translation subjects while also providing advanced training in areas such as terminology, computerized translation, and translation teaching. Before beginning the program, students should have some practical translating experience. This Translation Studies program comprises required and elective seminars and courses, followed by a requirement for basic or practical research. It can be done full-time or part-time.
