M.D. Radiodiagnosis or Doctor of Medicine in Radiodiagnosis is a postgraduate Radiography course. Radiodiagnosis is a medical science branch focuses on the use of radiation, ultrasound and magnetic resonance in medicinal practices. It relates to anatomy, pathology, physiology and interventional procedure. The course deals with allergic contrast reactions & be aware of resuscitation methods and helps to acquired good Basic knowledge in the various sub-specialties of radiology such as Neuro-radiology, GI-radiology, Uro-radiology, Vascular-radiology, Musculoskeletal, Interventional radiology, Emergency radiology, Paediatric Radiology and Mammography. The course is an important one that opens many career scopes for them after its completion.

M.D. Radiodiagnosis Eligibility

  • MBBS Degree and its recognition of equivalence from Medical Council of India (MCI)
  • NOC for Foreign Candidates from their respective Missions/Embassies and other relevant organizations and from WHO.
  • They must submit their one­ year Internship certificate. One year must be passed after their internship.
  • Training Certificates (if any) obtained from foreign institutions shall have to be acceptable to the University.
  • Age should not be over 45 years at the time of enrolment having to satisfy an interview board approved by the University
