MTech Micro Electronics or Master of Technology in Micro Electronics is a two-year Post-Graduate Electronics course. Microelectronics is a discipline connected to the study and microfabrication of electronic components which serve to miniaturize the size of electronic circuits and systems constructed from semiconductors.
