AILET 2025 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

For B.A LL.B (Hons) Integrated

  • Aspiring candidates should have passed 10+2  with not less than 50%.
  • However, candidates who are appearing in the +2 exam in March/April of the respective appear are also eligible to apply.

Note:- Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.

Age Limits

  • Candidates must be below 21 Years(23 years for SC/ST) as of 1st July of the respective year of admission.

For LL.M Program

  • Candidates should have passed an LL.B or Equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC / ST / Persons of Disability).
  • The candidates appearing in the final LL.B Examination in Apr/May 2021 can also apply.

Note: Foreign Nationals are exempted from the exam.

For Ph.D. Program

  • Candidates should have passed an LL.M Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/persons of Disability).

AILET is normally held in the month of December.


How to apply for AILET 2025?

Prospective candidates can apply along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 3000/- for General Candidates, Rs. 1500/- in case of SC, ST, and Person with Disability (PD) drawn in favor of “REGISTRAR, NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI", payable at Delhi along with copies of requisite Caste/ PD Certificate.

Note: There is no application fee for Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC / ST category (copy of BPL certificate from the competent authority to be enclosed with application).

The students can also apply online for admission through http://nludelhi.admissionhelp.com and http://nludelhi.ac.in/. Offline application complete in all respect must be sent in person or by speed post to:
