Educational Qualification

Aspiring candidates should have passed LL.B / B.L 3/5 year degree from a recognized university board in India or its equivalent.

Candidates who have appeared/appearing for the LL.B / B.L Final year examination are also eligible, but they need to produce proof of pass the degree before admission.

TS PGLCET consists of questions from the following given subjects as given below:

Jurisprudence	School of Jurisprudence, custom precedent, and legislation, sources of law, rights and duties, ownership and possession, persons, obligations, property, liabilities, legal sanctions
Labour Law	Trade union act 1926, industrial disputes act 1947
Mercantile Law	General principles of contract
Public International Law	International law and municipal law, subjects, state territory, air, sea and outer space, nationality and statelessness, extradition, asylum, state jurisdiction, united nations
