AUAT 2024 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Aspiring candidates should have passed the minimum educational qualification for each course. It is 12th for UG, UG for PG, etc.

AUAT 2024 Syllabus

• Candidates must comprehend the syllabus for each subject in order to prepare well.
• The syllabus for undergraduate courses is based on the state board's 10+2 syllabus, but the syllabus for postgraduate courses is based on the curriculum of undergraduate courses.

UG Courses

• Part A will have 5 MCQs from both English and Islamic Studies.
• Part B of all B.Tech programs, as well as the 5-year Integrated BCA-MCA and B.Sc-M.Sc programs will include 10 MCQs from Physics and Chemistry, and 20 MCQs from Mathematics.
• Part B will have 40 MCQs from relevant disciplines for B.Sc-M.Sc (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computing, Physics, Statistics & Informatics) and BA (Arabic, Urdu, Theology) degrees.
• Part B for B.Sc Nursing will include 10 MCQs from Physics and Chemistry, as well as 20 MCQs from the BA, integrated course, which will include 40 MCQs from Basic Mathematics, verbal and nonverbal reasoning, Commercial Arithmetic, and elementary knowledge in the relevant subject.
• Part B of the MCA exam will include 40 multiple-choice questions from Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Problem Solving Questions, Discrete Quantitative Analysis, and Basic Mathematics.
• Part B for lateral entrance into all B.Tech degrees will include 10 MCQs from Mathematics and 6 MCQs from each of Basic Computer Science, Strength of Material, Engineering Mechanics, Environmental Engineering, and Basic Electrical Technology.

PG Courses

• Part A will consist of 25 multiple-choice questions from English and Islamic Studies.
• Part B will have 75 MCQs on the relevant disciplines for all M.Tech courses MA (Urdu, Theology, History, Geography, English, Bengali, Arabic), M.Sc (Statistics & Informatics, Mathematics), and LLM programs.
• Part B for MA/M.Sc Journalism & Mass Communication will have 75 MCQs from the concepts of English language and literature, Fundamentals of Journalism & Mass Communication, Sports, and Cinema.

AUAT 2024 Pattern

The exam pattern consists of both MCQs and descriptive questions from relevant qualifying examinations.

• Part A of the UG/MM course will include 10 MCQs (2 marks each), while Part B will have 40 MCQs (2 marks each).
• Part A of the PG program will include 25 MCQs (1 mark each), while Part B will have 75 MCQs (1 mark each).
• Language courses may include descriptive questions for 20/25 points.
• On the OMR sheet, the candidate must mark one of the four responses provided for each question.
